OP
In 2020, I started with ₦200,000, a rented garri processing machine, and 2 workers. Today I process 10 tonnes of cassava daily and supply garri to 12 supermarkets in Ogun and Lagos. The turning point was getting a NIRSAL Microfinance Bank loan and joining a cooperative that gave us bulk pricing on raw cassava. GoAllFarm helped me find reliable cassava farmers across Ogun State. Here's the full story of how I scaled.

Great information! I've been struggling with this exact problem. Can you share the contact details of your supplier or agent?

This is gold! I'll be sharing with my cooperative members at our next meeting. We need more discussions like this on the platform.

Excellent post. One addition I'd make: always keep records. A simple notebook tracking inputs, costs, and yields makes a big difference come year-end.

I tried this approach last year and it worked well. The only challenge was sourcing quality inputs on time. Plan early!
